USEFUL COMPUTER TIPS

Here is a list of useful computer tips that we use all the time when we are working on computers.  These tips will help your computer run smoothly and help you enjoy using much more.

If you need to copy something try using the shortcut CTRL C

If you want to paste something use the Shortcut CTRL V

If you have a Windows XP computer and it is running slow you can defragment it by going to START > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > SYSTEM TOOLS > DISK DEFRAGMENTER

If you want your web browser to always take you to the same page every time it starts up, or your homepage has been changed you can change it by clicking on the gear in the upper right hand corner of the screen then click on internet options then type in the homepage you want.
